To drain unnecessary liquid as needed, the Vollrath 68631 Wear-Ever® Classic Select™ stock pot is equipped with a heavy-duty faucet. Located on the front of the pot, liquid can be expelled into other containers without lifting the heavy pot. This pot's 13-inch inside diameter and 14³⁄₈-inch inside depth enable product to boil for maximum flavor extraction. Its high sides also avoid food splatter on users or nearby surfaces. The unit's durable, heavy-duty 3004 aluminum structure measures ¹⁄₄ inches thick, streamlining heat conductivity. This pot is equipped with two solid-welded aluminum handles, which are resilient to support heavy contents. Overall, it has a 32-quart maximum capacity.
