Part of Vollrath's Wear-Ever® Classic Select® collection, the Vollrath 682175 saute pan is made of durable 3004-series aluminum that thoroughly conducts heat along its cooking surface. Because it has a natural finish, this cookware works well with grease and oils to produce a uniform, fully prepared cooking result. Its 14-inch diameter can fit a variety of stovetops and can hold 7 1⁄2 quarts of product.
