Designed for safe, comfortable use, the Vollrath 672414 frying pan is crafted with a hollow silicone handle that can withstand consistent exposure to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit; it can also be safely exposed to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit inconsistently. Designed to be cleaned by hand, it comes equipped with a hanging hole to cut down on needed cabinet space. Its body measures 14 inches in diameter and is constructed of durable aluminum that provides adequate heat transfer—ideal for evenly cooking steaks and porkchops. Additionally, its covered with a CeramiGuard® II nonstick coating to simplify food release and cleaning, which should be done by hand.
