Vollrath 672150 Description
Part of the Wear-Ever® series, the Vollrath 672150 saute pan is constructed of sturdy, impact-resistant 3004 aluminum. Its natural finish ensures consistent, even heat distribution, which is ideal for browning butter, sauteing vegetables, or making pasta sauce. To protect hands from burns during transport, the handle is made of heat-resistant silicone that's built for consistent exposure to temperatures to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and sporadic exposure to temperatures to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Its ergonomic, no-slip design provides a comfortable grip, and to enhance structural integrity it's attached the pan's base with EverTite® rivets. It should only be cleaned through handwashing, and it can be hung from a pan rack or on a storage hook afterwards with the integrated hole. Overall, this piece measures 12 3⁄10 inches in diameter and boasts a 5-quart capacity.
