Its 3³⁄₈-inch-diameter bowl holds as many as 3 ounces of product to reduce overserving, saving on cost. This spoon's capacity is marked on the shaft, and the handle comes in ivory for color-coded applications. To withstand high-volume use, the bowl and shaft are made of 18/8 stainless steel, and the nylon handle resists temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Preventing it from slipping into a food pan, a built-in stopper notch secures the spoon in place on the edge of a food pan or container.
