To provide a secure, comfortable grip while portioning out product, the Vollrath 6422320 spoodle features a textured nylon handle that withstands temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This handle is also treated with an antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of bacteria and germs, improving sanitation. It’s equipped with a built-in stopper notch to prevent it from sliding into the pot, and the bowl’s perforated design enables sauces and oils to drain. This spoodle accommodates 3 ounces of product, and the capacity is stamped into the shaft. Because it’s constructed of stainless steel, it’s durable and resistant to corrosion.
