This 11-inch diameter stir fry pan is constructed with carbon steel, covered with a SteelCoat x3™ non-stick coating that allows you to cook using less fat and oils with easy cleanup. With an 11-inch diameter, this wok provides plenty of stir frying space, with a flat bottom that remains safely level on the surface of your induction, gas, or electric cooking surface. This induction wok's permanently bonded TriVent® silicone-insulated handle stays safely cool when cooking with hot temperatures up to 450 degrees F.

    "Use this in our small restaurant to do gourmet pasta. Love this product - it is lightweight and heats the sauce well. The only thing is to remember that you cannot use it on high heat like you would a heavier induction pan."
