Vollrath 49428 13" Miramar® Stir-Fry Pan - Aluminum Bottom, Stainless Steel

The Vollrath 49428 Miramar® stir fry server has a sturdy, three-ply construction that makes it suitable for use on most rangetops, including induction. This server has an aluminum core enclosed by a stainless steel interior and exterior that provides warp resistance while enhancing heat transfer. For an attractive appearance, the pan has a satin-finish surface and mirror-finish welded handles.
