To improve food presentation on a serving table or hot bar, this Vollrath 46122 Intrigue® induction chafer is made of 18/8 stainless steel that resists corrosion over time. Its porcelain food pan and 18/0 stainless steel water pan retain heat to ensure the unit's 6-quart capacity is warm when it's served. The removable, hinged cover can be secured in a 45-degree or 90-degree open position to accommodate various serving applications. Rubber feet prevent the unit from sliding when users dish out product. Overall, this round, low-profile structure measures 151⁄2 inches in diameter by 35⁄32 inches high.
