Vollrath 46120 Round Chafer w/ Hinged Lid & Induction Heat

To accommodate various serving applications, the Vollrath 46120 Intrigue® induction chafer includes a removable cover with a baffle that can be secured in a closed, 45-degree, or 90-degree position. As much as 6 quarts of food can fill the porcelain food pan, which improves induction to keep foods warm until serving. While food is being warmed, the dripless design of the cover and pans help prevent condensate from dribbling onto the tabletop. Stabilizing rubber feet are built onto the bottom of the unit to help keep it in place as users dish out product. This 15¹⁄₂-inch-diameter by 3⁵⁄₃₂-inch-high chafer is made of solid stainless steel and has a brass trim that establishes a classic, stylish look on the serving table.
