Vollrath 39715 Description
With a solid base wrapped in durable black vinyl and equipped with a series of sliding doors, the Vollrath 39715 mobile food bar is a multi-purpose unit for carrying cold meals and the utensils required to serve them. It's mounted on four casters that can be locked to keep the unit stationary when needed, and its base is insulated with a layer of polyurethane foam to keep meals at their ideal temperatures without the use of electricity. Its 6-inch-deep well can hold up to three pans worth of food, and it comes with a drain to ease the cleaning process. To prevent contamination, the Vollrath 39715 serving counter utilizes a stainless steel breath guard with acrylic walls to help prevent contamination and reduce product losses.
