Vollrath 38707 Description
The Vollrath 38707 hot food station has three wells with individual infinite controls, enabling it to hold a variety of food at different temperature levels as needed. Its cabinet is insulated with glass fiber to prevent heat from escaping, ensuring food stays warm until it’s served. To resist corrosion, the countertop of the unit is made of 20-gauge stainless steel, and the base is made of durable carbon steel with attractive black vinyl cladding.
For mobility, the Vollrath 38707 hot food station is positioned on four-inch casters, which swivel so employees can steer it around sharp curves. To hold the unit steady during use, two of the casters include brakes. To protect food from becoming contaminated while multiple people are accessing it, the unit has a breath guard to shield it.
