The Vollrath 3870460 Affordable Portable™ utility station measures 60 inches wide by 39¹⁄₂ inches deep and 59 inches high, which is wide enough for four full-size food pans. Its seamless stainless steel top and acrylic breath guard expedite cleanup because they can simply be wiped down after service. The breath guard contains a lighting system and protects food from airborne germs and bacteria. Because the base of the food bar is solid, it provides stability while being relocated using its four casters.
