Vollrath 37523-1 Description
The Vollrath 37523-2 tray slide measures 60 inches wide by 12 inches deep to be fitted to a Signature Server® Classic unit so customers have an area to place their trays while dishing out food. Four inverted V ribs are built into the surface to help secure trays in place. To withstand daily use, this unit has a rigid, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. For cleaning or to streamline storage, it can be folded or removed.
