Measuring 133⁄4 inches in diameter, the Vollrath 3713C Centurion® Jacob's Pride® domed cover can be added to a 3109 stock pot, 3206 sauce pot, or 3315 braising pot. Because it has a domed shape, the cover holds in moisture so it can fall back into the cooking food. It's constructed of stainless steel—a heavy-duty metal that resists rust and streamlines cleanup. Adding even more strength, the handle is spot welded onto this cover.
