Vollrath 3708C Description
Designed to fit on certain Vollrath pots and pans, the Vollrath 3708C Centurion® Jacob's Pride® domed cover has an 8-inch diameter. Its domed design collects condensate so moisture can fall back into the cooking food. Durable to support high-volume use, this cover is made of stainless steel. For heavy-duty strength, the handle is spot welded to the cover's center.
