With its 6⁵/₈-inch-deep well designed to hold four full-size food pans and the ice required to keep it cool, the Vollrath 36434R drop-in refrigerator reduces downtime by keeping popular products close at hand and at their ideal temperatures. It fits into countertop cutouts measuring 54 inches long by 25¹/₄ inches wide. Additionally, its edge is rimmed with a drip-resistant flange to reduce spills and keep workstations clean.

The Vollrath 36434R refrigerated pan holder uses an 18/8 stainless steel formula for its body to protect it against damage and help expediate the cleaning process. Beyond its steel frame is a layer of polyurethane foam and copper tubing, giving it greater insulation and reducing upkeep costs. The hole unit is cooled using a remote compressor that hooks into the bottom of the unit.
