For lasting strength in demanding settings, this Dinex DXPIDT1S1520 tray dispenser features a sturdy tubular frame and solid base—both made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Because it's mounted on four 5-inch heavy-duty swivel casters, two of which have brakes, it can be transported between the kitchen and dining room for streamlined restocking. Compatible with back- or front-of-house applications, its self-leveling platform accommodates a stack of (100) 15³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch trays, and operators can adjust the lifting rate as needed by disconnecting the stainless steel extension springs.
