For organizing serving trays in front- or back-of-house settings, this Dinex DXPIDT1C1222 mobile tray dispenser holds a stack of (100) 12-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep trays. Its cantilever-style self-leveling carriage simplifies tray loading and retrieval, and operators can adjust the spring tension in the field without tools by hooking or unhooking springs to or from the carriage. Its sturdy SAFE "T" BAR prevents trays from falling off the platform and can be stored on the unit's rear hook. During restocking, operators can transport this 223/4-inch-wide by 291/2-inch-deep by 373/4-inch-high unit between the kitchen and dining room because it's mounted on four 5-inch swivel casters, two of which have brakes. Its sturdy stainless steel construction and corner bumpers withstand collision impacts.
