Pitco SRTG14-GM Description
Designed with a 171⁄2-gallon water tank, the Pitco SRTG14-GM rethermalizer measures 161⁄8 inches wide by 357⁄32 inches deep by 461⁄16 inches high. It's ideal for hospitals, cafeterias, and long-term care homes that reheat bulk batches of food prior to serving. To simplify water removal, it's equipped with a 1-inch NPT full-port drain valve. This unit is fitted with adjustable 6-inch legs to account for uneven or bumpy flooring.
For long-lasting durability and rust resistance, the Pitco SRTG14-GM rethermalizer is made primarily of stainless steel. It features a welded tank with a seamless peened finish that's simple to clean and comes with a scrubbing brush. To prevent overheating, it's designed with a temperature limit switch, and its hinged cover keeps water vapors inside the tank. With a total output of 55,000 BTUs, this unit is powered by LP gas.
