Pitco SE18R Description
The Pitco SE184R electric fryer, part of the Solstice™ series, features a freestanding, single-vat design with a stainless steel construction that enhances durability in high-volume kitchens. Solid-state controls enable precise temperature adjustments, while a solid maintenance door provides convenient access for servicing. To streamline oil management, the unit includes a melt cycle and boil-out mode, and it stands on 9-inch adjustable legs for stability.
Designed for efficient frying, the Pitco SE184R fryer utilizes fixed immersion-type heating elements encased in a high-temperature alloy sheath to ensure even heat transfer. A high-temperature safety limit switch and non-mercury heating contactors protect internal components from overheating. A removable basket hanger improves workflow, while the 1/4-inch full port drain, cleaning brush, and sample cleaner packet simplify routine maintenance and oil removal.
