The Pitco SE184R electric fryer, part of the Solstice™ series, is constructed of stainless steel to provide durability in commercial kitchens. Its solid maintenance door ensures convenient access for servicing, while a removable basket hanger streamlines workflow. Designed with a freestanding, single-vat configuration, this unit holds 60 pounds of oil and features solid-state controls for precise temperature regulation.
Equipped with fixed immersion-type heating elements, the Pitco SE184R fryer efficiently transfers heat through a high-temperature alloy sheath. The melt cycle and boil-out mode support effective oil management, while the 1/4-inch full port drain, cleaning brush, and sample cleaner packet simplify maintenance. A high-temperature safety limit switch and non-mercury heating contactors protect internal components from overheating.
