The Pitco SE18 electric fryer is a freestanding, single-vat unit designed for high-volume frying. Its stainless steel vat measures 18 inches by 18 inches by 43/4 inches, accommodating large quantities of food. Solid state controls streamline operation, while a melt cycle and boil-out mode support efficient cooking and maintenance. A high-temperature safety limit switch and non-mercury heating contactors enhance safety.
Equipped with fixed immersion-type heating elements, the Pitco SE18 freestanding electric fryer ensures consistent heat transfer. Its 11/4-inch full port drain expedites oil changes, and a drain valve interlock prevents accidental opening. For additional convenience, the fryer includes a removable basket hanger, a cleaning brush, and a sample cleaner packet.
