Pitco SE14X Description
The Pitco SE14X electric fryer is a freestanding, one-deck unit constructed of stainless steel to enhance durability and resist corrosion. Its vat measures 14 inches by 14 inches by 4 inches and holds 50 pounds of oil, making it suitable for high-volume frying applications. To simplify routine maintenance, the unit includes a solid maintenance door, a drain line clean-out rod, and a cleaning brush with a sample cleaner packet.
Designed for efficiency and safety for commercial applications, the Pitco SE14X electric fryer features solid state controls with a melt cycle and boil-out mode. A high-temperature safety limit switch helps prevent overheating, while a drain valve interlock ensures safe oil disposal. The unit also includes a 11/4-inch full port drain valve, an element rack, and a removable basket hanger to facilitate frying operations.
