Pitco SE14X-1FD Description
The Pitco SE14X-1FD electric fryer system is a freestanding, one-deck unit constructed of stainless steel to enhance durability and corrosion resistance. Its vat measures 14 inches by 14 inches by 4 inches and accommodates 50 pounds of oil to support high-volume frying. To simplify routine maintenance, the fryer includes a solid maintenance door, a drain line clean-out rod, and a cleaning brush with a sample cleaner packet. An integrated Solstice™ Solo filter system in the under-fryer drawer facilitates efficient oil filtration.
The Pitco SE14X-1FD one-deck electric fryer system features solid-state controls with a melt cycle and boil-out mode. A high-temperature safety limit switch prevents overheating, while a drain valve interlock ensures secure oil disposal. To support frying efficiency, the unit includes a 11/4-inch full port drain valve, an element rack, and a removable basket hanger.
