Pitco SE14S-1FD Description
The Pitco SE14S-1FD electric fryer system is a freestanding, single-vat unit equipped with the Solstice™ Solo Filter System to optimize oil filtration. This two-step filtering process includes a rear oil return, a self-aligning filter connection, and a rear stainless steel filter pan with wheels and a lid for smooth handling. To streamline maintenance, the fryer includes a removable basket hanger, a drain line clean-out rod, and a 11/4-inch full port drain valve for efficient oil removal.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Pitco SE14S-1FD fryer system features a solid maintenance door and solid-state controls for precise temperature management. A high-temperature safety limit switch prevents overheating, while the drain valve interlock enhances operational safety. The unit also includes a melt cycle and boil-out mode for routine cleaning, along with a fryer crumb scoop, filter shovel scoop, filter paper envelope pack, and filter powder sample.
