Pitco SE14RS-2FD Description
The Pitco SE14RS-1FD freestanding electric fryer is constructed of stainless steel and features a 14-inch by 14-inch by 4-inch vat that holds between 40 and 50 pounds of oil. Fixed immersion-type heating elements are encased in a high-temperature alloy sheath to ensure consistent heating, while solid state controls are positioned behind a maintenance door for easy access. A high-temperature safety limit switch and a drain valve interlock enhance safe operation.
To optimize oil management, the Pitco SE14RS-1FD electric fryer includes a Solstice™ Solo Filter System with a two-step filtering process, a self-aligning filter connection, and a rear oil return. A 3-inch curved drain spout and a 11/4-inch full port drain valve support smooth oil drainage, while the fryer crumb scoop, filter shovel scoop, and additional cleaning accessories assist with routine maintenance.
