The Pitco PCC-18 Crisp 'N Hold™ countertop fry dump station keeps french fries, fried chicken, onion rings, and other fried food crisp and hot until they are ready to be served. Extending the holding time with the constant heated air flow, hot air circulates over and through fried foods. To save energy, keep food crisp and warm, and control moisture, the hot air is filtered then recirculated and heated in increments. So it can hold more than one type of product at a time, the pan area that holds finished product has dividers.

The front, sides, splash back, and food bay in this Pitco PCC-18 fry warmer dump station are all made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. While the stainless steel food grate streamlines cleaning, the collection pan that gathers oil and debris can also be removed. The Pitco PCC-18 electric fry dump station is designed to match an accompanying fryer.
