Pitco BNB-SG18 Description
While the Pitco BNB-SG18 bread and batter cabinet has a stainless steel front, sides, and door, the back is aluminized steel to withstand heavy use. Because it's mounted on 9-inch legs, employees can sweep underneath it without having to move the unit, and the legs are adjustable for convenience and comfort. Easing breading and frying food by placing both units beside each other, it is the size of the Pitco SG18 gas fryer.
Facilitating cleaning, the basket holder and drain screen of the Pitco BNB-SG18 bread and batter cabinet are removable for a thorough scrubbing. The unit's pan is 45⁄8 inches deep to provide enough room for breading onion rings, mozzarella sticks, or fish sticks before frying. To hold breading and non-perishable ingredients for quick access, the base of the cabinet includes a storage shelf.
