Pitco BNB-SE14 Description
The Pitco BNB-SE14 bread and batter cabinet matches the size of a Pitco SE14 electric fryer when they are sitting side by side, which gives employees a place to bread chicken, fish, and mozzarella sticks before dipping them in the nearby fryer. Offering plenty of room for operators to work, the recessed pan is 45⁄8 inches deep. With the bottom shelf, the unit can store breading and utensils within reach.
To streamline cleaning underneath the unit, the Pitco BNB-SE14 bread and batter cabinet is mounted on 9-inch legs, which are adjustable as needed to position the unit at a comfortable working height. While the front, sides, and door are made of durable stainless steel, the back is made of sturdy aluminized steel. Further facilitating cleaning, the basket hanger and drain screen are removable for access.
