A manual tilt mechanism enables smooth pouring and controlled operation, while standard etch marks assist with accurate measurements. Equipped with an electronic control panel, the unit features a digital display with a 1-minute to 10-hour timer, preset temperatures ranging from 175 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and manual temperature setting capabilities. The braising pan includes an electric spark ignition and a faucet bracket for added convenience.
