The Groen BPM-15E Eclipse™ tilting braising pan has a body constructed of one-piece stainless steel with an 8-inch depth and 35-inch height and has graduated fill marks in gallons and liters for accurate product measurements. Its cooking surface is composed of a ⁵⁄₈-inch-thick stainless steel clad plate while flat bar heating elements provide an effective heat transfer across the cooking surface. Tubular legs equipped with bullet feet help keep the unit level.

The Groen BPM-15E tilting braising pan has a 15-gallon capacity for braising, boiling, or simmering large batches of food. For precise control during pouring, its body tilts using a manual crank and worm-and-gear tilt mechanism. It tilts to a vertical position in 24 turns and will tilt past vertical to assist with cleaning. A standard faucet bracket can be installed in three possible locations, and for reduced damage, water-resistant, front-mounted controls are located on the right side.
