Groen AH/1E-20 20 gal Steam Kettle - Stationary, 2/3 Jacket, Natural Gas

The Groen AH/1E-20 steam-jacketed kettle is made of insulated stainless steel for simplified cleaning and rust resistance. It has a 20-gallon capacity, ideal for large batch cooking, and has a self-contained, gas-heated steam source that provides temperatures between 150 and 270 degrees Fahrenheit. Its standing pilot has an electronic ignition to produce a flame quickly, and the unit is thermostatically controlled, meaning it will turn off when the proper temperature is reached and turn on when the temperature drops.

The Groen AH/1E-20 stationary floor kettle has an insulated construction, so it stays cool to the touch for user safety while the one-piece dome cover is hinged to aid opening and closing. It has a jacket around the bottom ²⁄₃ of the unit, where steam provides efficient heat transfer, and adjustable legs ensure the unit remains level.
