Its side-mounted convection fan ensures even heat distribution, while the 21⁄2-gallon reservoir provides a continuous steam supply. Each compartment accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch deep pans for large-scale food preparation. This steamer is powered by liquid propane and operates at 58,000 BTU per cavity for reliable performance in demanding kitchens.
Measuring 213⁄4 inches wide by 367⁄8 inches deep by 663⁄4 inches high, the Groen (2)GSSP-BL-5GS pan convection steamer’s durable stainless steel steamer includes a touch screen control panel for precise operation. To facilitate water drainage and management, the unit includes a 21⁄2-inch drain connection and two 34-inch water connections per cavity.
