Groen (2)GSSP-BL-5ES Description
The Groen (2)GSSP-BL-5ES SmartSteam Pro convection steamer features a double-stacked, stand-mounted design, maximizing steaming capacity while conserving kitchen space. Each compartment accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch deep pans, while the side-mounted convection fan promotes even heat distribution. The external heating element ensures consistent steam production. The unit is made of durable stainless steel and includes a 2 1⁄2-gallon reservoir for continuous steaming.
To manage water flow, the Groen (2)GSSP-BL-5ES convection steamer is equipped with a 2 1⁄2-inch drain connection and two 3 4-inch water connections per cavity. Measuring 21 3⁄4 inches wide by 30 5⁄8 inches deep by 64 3⁄4 inches high, this steamer is built for reliable, high-performance use. A touch screen control panel simplifies operation.
