Measuring 21 3⁄4 inches wide by 30 5⁄8 inches deep by 64 3⁄4 inches high, the Groen (2)GSSP-BL-5ES SmartSteam Pro convection steamer features an external heating element and a side-mounted convection fan to ensure consistent steam circulation. A user friendly touch screen control panel provides precise adjustments, and the 2 1⁄2-gallon reservoir supports continuous steaming without the need for external water filtration.
Built with stainless steel construction, this Groen (2)GSSP-BL-5ES steamer is designed for long-term durability in busy kitchens. A 2 1⁄2-inch drain connection facilitates efficient water removal, while each cavity includes two 3 4-inch water connections to maintain optimal steam levels. Each compartment accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch deep pans, making it suitable for large-scale food preparation.
