The Groen (2)GSSP-BL-3GS SmartSteam Pro convection steamer is a gas-powered, double-stacked unit designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Each of its two independent compartments accommodates three full-size hotel pans and operates with a self-contained 21/2-gallon steam reservoir, eliminating the need for an external boiler. Each cavity is equipped with a 54,000 BTU gas burner, providing a total output of 108,000 BTU for efficient steam production. A side-mounted convection fan ensures even steam distribution for consistent cooking results, while the stainless steel construction enhances durability and simplifies cleaning.
Featuring a water-resistant touch screen control panel, the Groen (2)GSSP-BL-3GS steamer offers advanced functionality, including self-diagnostics, a programmable delime schedule, and 10 nameable pan timers. A hands-free, field-reversible door latch allows for smooth operation, and a removable steam lid improves steam recovery while facilitating maintenance.
