American Metalcraft HC28713 Description
The American Metalcraft HC28713 pizza screen is made of hard-coat anodized aluminum, which heats evenly to help achieve crispy crusts for thin-crust pizzas. It's compatible with conveyor ovens, and 3⁄32-inch holes are built into the surface to encourage airflow so condensation does not moisten the crispy bread. Because it's thin and flat, it can be stacked with other screens after use to organize storage. To hold a medium pizza, it measures 13 inches in diameter.
