American Metalcraft HADEP16 Description
For consistent results, the American Metalcraft HADEP16 pizza pan is made of heavyweight 14-gauge aluminum that heats evenly to reduce the risk of undercooking or burning. It measures 16 inches in top diameter by 155⁄8 inches in bottom diameter to accommodate a large pizza, and its tapered edges create a 1-inch depth that enables thick dough to rise properly. For organization, it can be stored with other tapered pans.
