American Metalcraft ADEP16 Description
With its 16-inch diameter and 1-inch depth, the American Metalcraft ADEP16 pizza pan can be used to bake and serve large pizzas. Because this circular pan's bottom is solid, it doesn't promote airflow as well as perforated options. However, the aluminum construction encourages even heat distribution while baking. This 18-gauge metal isn't safe in the dishmachine, so it must be washed by hand using an aluminum-safe solution. Because its sides are tapered, the pan can be stacked with units of similar sizes in storage.
