Its rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel door provides lasting durability as well as a professional appearance that complements other back-of-house equipment. To reduce energy consumption in warm settings, this 3-inch-thick door is insulated. Its curved, stainless steel handle adds a sleek accent and ensures a secure grip, while the keyed lock includes two corresponding keys that enhance security. Although the door comes right hinged, it can be reversed in the field to accommodate various kitchen setups.

For vegetables, fruits, prepared ingredients, or meats, the Summit SCR504SSTBADA undercounter freezer uses R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 35.6 to 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can adjust interior temperature with the electronic digital thermostat located in the front kickplate, and to ensure the unit is operating at safe temperatures, operators can set high- and low-temperature alarms. To further preserve an appropriate storage environment, this unit is equipped with an automatic defrost system and an audible open-door alarm. The white cabinet interior measures 16¹⁄₄ inches wide by 17 inches deep by 23¹⁄₂ inches high and provides 3.32 cubic feet of interior space. While its four wire shelves can be raised or lowered as inventory changes, the flat door liner can accommodate deep trays.
