Summit SCR49SSG 56" Two Section Reach In Refrigerator, (2) Left/Right Hinge Glass Doors, 115v

Featuring two sections for enhanced organization and capacity, the Summit SCR49SSG reach-in refrigerator has 49 cubic feet of interior space. This space is designed to accommodate various products from food preparation to desserts. The space is fitted with interior lighting, which — combined with the tempered glass doors — provides a view of the interior space without having to hold the door open. The doors self-close when released to reduce recovery time, and an alarm sounds with a set of beeps depending on the length of time the door is open: 30 seconds, 60 seconds, and 5 minutes.

The Summit SCR49SSG commercial refrigerator operates using environmentally friendly refrigerant R290. This is circulated throughout the cabinet via the top-mounted fan, which ensures quick temperature recovery. This unit can be adjusted via the top-mounted digital controls, which operators can also use to set temperature preferences and monitor the unit via the large LED display. The unit sits on four caster, two of which lock, enabling the unit to be mobilized when cleaning behind and underneath.
