Summit REX2051BRT Description
The Summit REX2051BRT electric range includes four 61/2-inch-diameter elements with individual controls to cook multiple types of food at once. Adjustments can be made with front-mounted control knobs, which must be pushed in to turn to prevent accidental changes. Made of ceramic glass, the cooktop is smooth to facilitate cleaning. Indicator lights inform employees which element is on to reduce the risk of burns.
Featuring 2.30 cubic feet of interior space, the Summit REX2051BRT four-element range's oven comes with two racks to accommodate product. The oven's window promotes interior visibility without letting heat escape, and a light enhances the view so product is easier to monitor. To facilitate cleaning, the interior is made of smooth porcelain, and the cooktop is equipped with a backsplash that captures messes to keep them from splattering on the wall.
