Summit NOVA45GDC Description
This Summit NOVA45GDC ice cream dipping cabinet uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant facilitated by the fan-cooled compressor. The unit’s digital thermostat shows temperatures in real time and has an adjustable range between -13 to 23 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit prevents frost formation on coils and components by using its manual defrost system; the defrost drain helps direct any melted water out.
The Summit NOVA45GDC mobile ice cream dipping cabinet has a 14.1-cubic-foot interior with four tub holders baskets with lids; products are accessed through the top sliding lids. The unit’s glass sneeze guard protects items from airborne contaminants, such as coughs and sneezes. It ships with a stainless steel interior and aluminum work surface that must be separately installed. It’s insulated with 3-inch-thick insulation for temperature retention.
