The Summit BIM26H34IF ice machine creates 25 pounds of crescent-style ice using R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its static cooling slows the rate ice melts for sustained use in back-of-bar spaces. The manual defrost heats coils to melt ice accumulated through intense operation.
