Designed with a compact footprint, the Summit BIM182ADALHD undercounter ice machine features front-breathing, air-cooled operation and a built-in drain pump. This icemaker produces up to 60 pounds of clear, full-cube ice in a 24-hour cycle and holds 33 pounds in its insulated internal bin. To address various product needs, this unit has the capability of producing three different ice sizes: small, medium, and large, and the touch control panel is used for cube size selection and provides user-friendly indicators throughout the production process.

The Summit BIM182ADALHD ice machine is constructed of stainless steel for long-lasting use and a sleek exterior. With a built-in design and slim 17³⁄₄-inch width, it can be installed beneath countertops. The plastic interior is accessed through a left-hinged, solid door. Its auto defrost reduces staff interference, while the interior bin is both removable and insulated. An integrated UV light enhances sanitation by targeting bacteria during operation. To help maintain consistent temperatures during use, this unit is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
