The Summit BIM100 undercounter ice maker produces clear dice cubes of ice—a form measuring 1 inch by 1 inch. This unit can produce as much as 100 pounds of ice in ambient conditions. This air-cooled ice maker is an economical alternative to remote- and water-cooled models, and it's simple to install. This unit is suitable for built-in or freestanding use and can store 27 pounds of ice at a time. For ice access, operators simply lift the ice maker's lid. Required for operation, the ice maker's water purification filter helps maintain a great ice taste. Because this unit defrosts automatically, it lowers labor requirements.

Since the Summit BIM100 commercial ice maker has a front-breathing design, side clearance isn't required. Optimal for commercial foodservice operations, this unit measures 20¹/₂ inches in width by 22¹/₄ inches in depth by 34¹/₂ inches in height overall. To accommodate counters of varying heights, the ice maker comes with four 4¹/₂-inch-tall commercial legs that enable operators to clean beneath the unit. So guests aren’t disturbed, the ice maker's efficient fan executes quiet operation, and it comes with a black exterior and stainless steel cabinet.
