Designed for countertop placement, the Summit AIWD282 ice and water dispenser measures 16¹⁄₂ inches wide by 24²²/₂₅ inches deep by 28 inches high. It can produce a maximum of 282 pounds of ice per day and has a built-in storage capacity of 11 pounds. For simple operation, it dispenses ice, water, or ice with water using a manual lever. Because its back is fully sealed, it fits flush against walls; it's mounted on feet that can be adjusted as high as 4 inches.

The front of the Summit AIWD282 countertop ice dispenser is made of stainless steel—a modern, industrial metal that can withstand heavy use in residential or commercial settings; the remaining exterior has a stainless appearance for a professional look that complements surrounding equipment. For increased sanitation, it features a bacteria-killing ultraviolet light. To expertly cool drinking water and freeze nugget-style ice, this unit operates with an air-cooled condenser and R404a refrigerant. For proper functioning, it should be installed near a pre-existing drain.
