Advance Tabco SW-4E-120-BS Description
The Advance Tabco SW-4E-120-BS hot food table features four wells, each with individual drain valves for releasing liquid, and the wells can accommodate 6-inch-deep pans filled with already-cooked, warm product. To resist rusting, the unit is constructed of durable stainless steel, while an 8-inch-deep, white, thermoplastic cutting board provides space for preparing food and can be removed for cleaning.
A stainless steel undershelf provides storage space for holding plates or empty food pans, and to ensure pans remain hot, the spaces between the compartments are insulated with fiberglass. Infinite control knobs individually control the wells, and indicator lights notify users when the wells are on. This Advance Tabco SW-4E-120-BS hot food table is not designed to be used for cooking or heating frozen or refrigerated foods.
