Product Features
The Advance Tabco SW-4E-120-X electric steam table is made of stainless steel and insulated with fiberglass between the compartments. Its 8-inch thermoplastic cutting board is removable, and recessed control knobs minimize food and grease becoming trapped. An 8-inch undershelf provides storage space for ingredients and extra food pans. Indicator lights let users know when the steam table is on and ready to use. The Advance Tabco SW-4E-120-X steam table has four wells that can hold 12-inch-by-20-inch food pans. Stainless steel gussets secure the legs, each of which has a 1-inch bullet foot for stability. This steam table is not meant to cook or heat frozen or refrigerated food.
